Overview
Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a well-established manufacturing organization to locate their next Supply Chain Manager
.
Location: Chicago Heights, IL – On-site
Compensation: $115,000–$135,000 base salary
Schedule: Full-time, on-site with standard business hours
What’s in it for you?- Operational Impact: Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation with direct influence on inventory, working capital, and customer fulfillment
- Lean-Focused Environment: Drive measurable improvements using proven lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools
- People & Process Leadership: Build, develop, and lead high-performing supply chain and materials teams
- Material Flow & Inventory Optimization: Design and improve lean material flow across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods while balancing service levels and cost
- Warehouse & Systems Advancement: Lead warehouse optimization initiatives, WMS adoption, racking transitions, and automation to improve throughput, accuracy, and space utilization
- Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with procurement, operations, and logistics teams to align strategies, improve KPIs, and ensure timely, accurate customer order fulfillment
- Manufacturing Supply Chain Leader: Proven success leading supply chain functions in a manufacturing environment with hands-on execution experience
- Lean & Systems Expert: Strong lean manufacturing background with experience implementing WMS, ERP, and automated material handling solutions
- People-Centered Leader: Effective at developing teams, driving accountability, and influencing across functions
