Business Insights Manager

Position Overview

We’re searching for a Business Insights Manager to join our Revenue Operations team in a hybrid capacity at our Chicago, IL office. The role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations for the fast‑growing Carrier business unit, including the recent acquisition of Cytora, a global leader in AI applied to Insurance.

• Strategic Ownership – Act as the dedicated partner for the Carrier business and Rev Ops leadership, managing stakeholder expectations and delivering valuable business insights.
• Data Architecture & Access – Navigate GCP (Big Query) or modern cloud environments to locate and extract the data necessary to solve critical business hurdles.
• The Data Detective – Expertly piece together raw, unstructured, or incomplete data from multiple sources to create cohesive, reliable datasets for analysis.
• SQL & Analysis – Write SQL queries to extract and transform raw data into actionable business logic.
• Reporting Ecosystem – Build and maintain sophisticated, automated reporting in Tableau while utilizing Excel for agile, ad‑hoc modeling and deep‑dive requests.
• High‑Stakes Communication – Translate technical findings into business speak, delivering insights regarding AI product performance that empower stakeholders to take immediate action.

• 6+ years in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
• Experience with SQL, GCP/Big Query, Snowflake or similar modern warehouses
• Spreadsheet proficiency
• AI literacy and efficiency
