This position serves as the Chief of the Wage Transparency and Construction Compliance Division (formerly known as Conciliation and Mediation Division).

In this role you will plan, direct, coordinates and evaluate the state-wide operations of the Division, which includes enforcement and implementation of the Prevailing Wage Act, Employee Classification Act, the WARN Act, Equal Pay Act, State Construction - Minority and Female Building Trades Act, Employment of IL Workers on Public Works Act, and more. In addition, you will manage, monitor, and evaluate staff who are responsible for the efficient and timely investigation, auditing, resolution and/or adjudication of cases and performing technical and clerical duties.
