We are currently seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team and partner with our Softgoods Business Unit and D2C Channels in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, expense management, reporting, analysis, and reconciliations.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Execute US and Brand sales, gross profit, and operating expense budget & forecast preparation for the Softgoods business unit, total US Retail channel, and total US Ecom channel (including loading into systems)
• Provide support to FP&A Senior Manager in profitability analysis, target setting, and controlling
• Refresh and analyze monthly reporting packages, including variance explanations at a detailed level (includes Softgoods monthly reporting package, US Retail monthly reporting package, and US Ecom monthly reporting package)
• Own the Retail Ledgers, Hours Model Maintenance, and Store Manager Bonus Tracking/Payout
• Own the US Ecom expense budget, and provide analysis on how Ecommerce investments are supporting sales and margin
• Own US Retail and US Ecom Expense assessments to Business Units
• Participate in the RFA process, specifically in investment/project validation and booking/tracking of expenses
• Provide support, recommendations, and training to the BUs in opex management. Create reports and hold meetings to ensure accountability to cost center budgets and forecasts.
• Work with Financial Controlling team to ensure balance sheet accounts and reconciliations are accurate and complete
• Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Payroll

This role requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting plus at least 3 years of related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Demonstrated professionalism and ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and appropriate manner
• Flexible and open to new ideas; brings new ideas to the table; ability to adapt quickly to new situations
• Proficient computer skills, specifically with Excel, and AFO (Business Warehouse); SAP; SAC Analytics Cloud, Workday, One Stream, and Oracle/Smartview a plus
