Position: Senior Sales Strategy Manager, New Product

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) sales strategy and execution for new product launches
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product scaling and execution
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop business cases and operational plans to drive new product growth
  • Present insights and updates on product performance to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 6-10 years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, or Sales Strategy & Operations
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with a deep sense of curiosity
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to build trusting relationships and influence diverse teams
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • MBA is a plus
  • Experience with large data sets and tools like Data Bricks, Big Query, or SQL
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity
  • Background in GTM Strategy focused on new products
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
