The Strategic Investments and Partnerships team sits within the Global Sustainability Office and focuses on finance and impact, supporting the business by integrating a $/Impact mindset, accelerating investment processes, and solving high-impact problems with a pep+ focus.

Responsibilities
  • Work with FP&A to optimize pep+ glide paths for annual AOP submissions and validate project financial data for accuracy.
  • Facilitate development of long-term pep+ goals based on Region glidepath submissions in coordination with global sustainability office pillar leaders.
  • Support Region CAPEX submissions and write executive summaries to support CSO approvals for monthly Corporate CAPEX Committee meetings.
  • Drive adoption/integration of the Future+ tool to build insight and analytics capabilities for optimal pep+ investment.
  • Coordinate with Design to Value and Sustainable from the Start teams to input and track projects in Future+ to maximize value including growth, sustainability, and cost.
  • Provide ad hoc pep+ project evaluation to Corporate functions and Region/Business unit teams as needed.
  • Offer thought partnership to business leaders and senior executives on a broad range of business-critical topics.
  • Build project deliverables with project leaders; define scope, goals, and success criteria.
  • Serve as the financial analytics point-person on projects, using logical and creative thinking to drive fact-based insights and embedding AI.
  • Demonstrate leadership and influence management, with the ability to challenge the status quo, and develop relationships to gain matrix support.
  • Execute against time-sensitive requests from Sustainability Leadership Team and cross-functional partners; maintain awareness of consumer, competitive, and macro trends.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Compensation range: $110,700 – $185,250.
  • Salary reflects location, skills, experience, and education; recruiter will share specific range during hiring.
  • Bonus based on performance at 12% of annual salary.
  • Paid time off includes parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement; comprehensive benefits package subject to eligibility: medical, dental, vision, disability, health and dependent care accounts, EAP, insurance, and retirement plan.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5 years of finance or data analytics experience.
  • Strong interest in sustainability industry trends and opportunities; strategic and highly analytical with solid business judgment.
  • Excellent technical skills to process large data sets with accuracy.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred.
  • Strong data organization and analytic capabilities.
  • Proven Excel modeling experience; ability to manage data collection, sorting, and structuring to deliver insights.
  • Ability to build robust data models delivering relevant insights and sensitivities.
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Interest in Consumer-Packaged Goods and global awareness of social/cultural differences.
