What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify cross‑sell opportunities aligned with customer business objectives
  • Develop and execute an account development strategy to establish the employer as the leading Total Spend Management platform
  • Create an account penetration model that enables multi‑angle access to key stakeholders within the customer organization
  • Craft value messaging targeted towards the chief economic buyer in target accounts
  • Partner with supporting functions to enhance the employer's brand presence in assigned accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Strong SaaS sales background with a proven track record of developing existing accounts
  • Ability to drive complex multi‑stakeholder engagements
  • Domain knowledge in Spend Management is a plus
  • Exceptional skills in identifying client pains and developing compelling value propositions
  • Out‑of‑the‑box thinking with innovative ideas for enhancing spend management solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in account management within a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with Coupa's Spend Management solutions portfolio, including Coupa Pay and Coupa Supply Chain
  • Proven ability to craft tailored value messaging for diverse client needs
