A confidential manufacturing company in the Chicago Heights area is seeking an AP Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities- Support AP, AR, billing, and general ledger activities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations & balance sheet reconciliations
- Track Cap Ex & fixed assets
- Assist with inventory cycle counts
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting & cost accounting
- 2–5+ years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing & cost accounting experience preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
