This position will primarily be at our Cheyenne, WY Aggregate Pit
* Persons shall be able to work safely and follow all company policies.
* Measures distance from grade stakes, drives stakes & stretches tight line.
* Uses various power and hand tools.
* Signals operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications.
* Levels earth using pick or shovel.
* Performs flagging duties as needed.
* May operate small equipment including bobcat, tractor, or roller or move from one site to another.
* Must follow all Knife River, MSHA and OSHA Safety guidelines.
* Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
* Persons shall be able to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel and to perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 1-3 months verifiable experience.
* Must possess a valid class C state driver's license and have an acceptable driving record, per Knife River Fleet policy.
* Regular attendance required.
