This is a 100% travel position***

• Understand and implement Mas Tec Communications Group (MNS) Health Safety and Environmental Policies. (Safety Manual).
• Understand and implement Industry standards (OSHA, TIA
  10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI)
• Ensure safety requirements at your sites and with your crew
• Oversee the daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites
• Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew
• Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership
• Compile all site‑specific closeout documentation for your work effort.
• Upload closeout documentation to customer interfaces.
• Coordinate with customer representative for site‑related activities and maintain a good working relationship with a customer representative.
• Provide leadership, and guidance and actively train/promote learning to all crew members
• Always maintain equipment and vehicles in an operational condition
• Validate daily timesheets for Management.
• Serve as a mentor to new less experienced technicians
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reinforcing tower legs, bracing, or diagonals
• Bracing swaps and change outs.
• Half pipe and flat plate installs.
• Adding or replacing gusset plates, bolts, or hardware
• Upgrading anchor rod or bolts
• Foundation modifications
• Welding prep on transition stiffeners half pipe anchor rod brackets
• Elevated welding
• Bolt on modifications - horizontals or sub-horizontal reinforcing
• Tower extension installs
• Guy wire change outs
• Plumb and tension
• Guy pull off and torque arm installs
• Base plate grout installs

• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands‑on approach to your work
• You are looking for long‑term projects
• You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team
• You have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• You have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience
• You demonstrate expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge.
• You have a working knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Owning an NWSA certification is a plus
• You possess job‑related certifications-First Aid, Safety, Rescue, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fiber, PIM, CPR, and Connector attachment
• You have organizational, computer, and communication skills
• You must be able to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW
• You must have a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting the company policy conditions
