What You'll Do
- Operate scrapers safely and efficiently on large-scale heavy civil and highway projects
- Cut, load, haul, spread, and finish material to grade and specs
- Work closely with foremen, grade checkers, and other operators to keep production moving
- Perform daily equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs
- Follow site safety standards and help maintain a clean, organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience operating scrapers on heavy civil or highway projects
- Strong understanding of grades, cuts, fills, and production work
- Ability to work long hours and adapt to changing site conditions
- Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right
