* Operate scrapers safely and efficiently on large-scale heavy civil and highway projects
* Cut, load, haul, spread, and finish material to grade and specs
* Work closely with foremen, grade checkers, and other operators to keep production moving
* Perform daily equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs
* Follow site safety standards and help maintain a clean, organized work area
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience operating scrapers on heavy civil or highway projects
* Strong understanding of grades, cuts, fills, and production work
* Ability to work long hours and adapt to changing site conditions
* Team-first mindset with a strong work ethic
