. We are looking for a full-time technician who can assess, diagnose, repair, and recondition small engines for agricultural products, ensuring peak performance. Salary is $24 - $35 per hour with benefits and a path for career advancement.

You will:

• Repair and recondition small engines for agricultural products, ensuring reliable and efficient operation
• Use shop tools and follow safety rules to maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Participate in service education training programs to continuously enhance skills
• Diagnose equipment and perform required service tasks on a daily basis

• Assess and diagnose various customer product equipment
• Repair and recondition small engines to peak performance
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, orderly work area
• Utilize specialized tools and training to service equipment

• Extensive experience and proficiency using a computer
• Knowledge of Windows-based programs like Service Advisor, Parts Pro, the business system, and Internet Explorer
• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, work overhead, and lift 50 lbs
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment safely for diagnostic purposes
• Ability to complete and pass the technician JDU core certifications (electrical, hydraulic, and service advisor) and Honda certification training
• Willingness to continue training with JDU and Honda to maintain knowledge of old and new products
• Valid driver's license
