Security Patrol Officer - Construction

Position: Security Patrol Officer - Construction Company
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors and/or property management by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial property common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns;
Control access at building entrances, loading areas and/or restricted spaces by verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor directions, and documenting entries as required;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, fire alarms, and/or policy violations, and communicate updates to the appropriate contacts;
Complete shift logs and incident reports with accurate details, and monitor cameras, alarms and/or other security-related systems when assigned
