Rental Coordinator

Overview

Build the future with us. Equipment Share is hiring a Rental Coordinator at our rental facility in Cheyenne, WY. We are assembling a team to transform the industry through innovative technology, real-time support, and a culture that cares.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours.

At Equipment Share, we’re transforming the rental experience with our proprietary T3 technology. Our platform helps rental coordinators keep up-to-date information on every machine and ensure customers get the right equipment at the right time.

• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the Equipment Share rental process
• Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate customers about how Equipment Share can help save money, increase earnings, and operate more efficiently
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100% satisfaction with service and support, and keep them informed about new or additional ways Equipment Share can help their business
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
• Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve the customer experience
