Multi‑Specialty Portfolio Specialist/Associate Portfolio Specialist
In this field‑based role, the Multi‑Specialty Portfolio Specialist will focus on achieving sales goals within primary care, urology, and women’s health in an assigned geographic territory. The individual will have a proven record of success within specialty biopharmaceuticals and will be highly collaborative, tactical, energetic, and thrive in a nimble organization.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives by implementing an effective sales strategy with ethical and compliant conduct.
- Develop and execute an effective business plan aligned to the sales strategy to achieve sales results.
- Prioritize and engage the appropriate customers at the optimal frequency to change prescribing behaviors.
- Move customers along the adoption continuum by driving market share growth.
- Demonstrate two‑way dialogue with customer interactions by employing selling skills, generating dialogue, identifying customer needs, and active listening.
- Deploy growth mindset daily, focusing on opportunities, not limitations, and expecting success.
- Proven, consistent track record of exceeding sales goals in assigned geography.
- Proven success in all aspects of selling, including clinical expertise and in‑depth local ecosystem knowledge.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic, actionable business plans.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with technology platforms.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Life Sciences.
- Associate Portfolio Specialist: 0–3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or relevant experience.
- Portfolio Specialist: 3–5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or relevant experience.
- Travel within territory is required, including car travel and overnight air travel; occasional national travel to headquarters and sales meetings is required.
The base salary range for the Associate role is $84,000 to $105,000. The base salary for the Portfolio Specialist is $108,000 to $135,000. The total rewards package includes merit‑based increases, short incentive plan participation, 401(k) eligibility, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, and flexible paid time off.
