Packaging Specialist - Northwest Territory

• Lead the development of new and existing end‑user customers, focusing on the packaging portfolio in the Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e‑fulfillment markets
• Collaborate with the packaging sales team and inside sales resources to pursue new opportunities
• Set and achieve sales goals using available resources and strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key personnel in the buying process to meet territory sales objectives
• Contribute to the development of growth targets that align with business plans for territory and account penetration

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Three (3) years of field sales experience independently managing a specified territory
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Ability to utilize financial data to drive sales
• Strong sales/business acumen and selling skills

• Master’s degree in Business or Sales Development from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of professional field sales experience with collaboration responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM tools, preferably
• Technical/mechanical understanding related to packaging solutions
