Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads are generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. You can leverage the strength of the well-known brand to generate more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers.

Responsibilities
  • The role is a 100% commission + commission bonuses. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
  • Meet with customers in their homes and present flooring products and solutions
  • Work with hot leads and generate additional referrals and prospects
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtually)
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
  • Use electronic tablets and measuring devices in sales presentations
Qualifications
  • Valid license to drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
  • Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
  • Availability for evening & weekend appointments
  • Direct Seller Contract
  • Delivery of excellent customer service
  • Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in connection with sales presentations
  • Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
