Join Sam's Club as a Personal Shopper Lead. This role focuses on supervising associates, managing e‑commerce operations, and ensuring high‑quality member service in the Cheyenne, WY store.
Base Pay Range$20.00/hr – $28.00/hr
ResponsibilitiesAssists management with the supervision of associates in assigned areas by assigning duties, communicating goals, providing training and feedback, and ensuring member complaints are resolved according to company guidelines. Supports the club’s e‑commerce plan by overseeing operations, auditing online customer feedback, resolving complaints, and identifying trends. Supervises associates at the ecommerce pickup location, provides training, and ensures coverages. Executes the club’s pickup plan by updating operations with key performance indicators, auditing orders, and maintaining equipment readiness.
Supports projects to improve pickup efficiencies, leverages key performance indicators, resolves operational gaps, and communicates program plans. Provides member service by acknowledging members, addressing needs, promoting company products, and resolving issues. Maintains sales floor presentation, handles merchandise staging and picking, oversees returns, claims, and pricing, and identifies shrink and damages. Demonstrates compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity, provides coaching, and models adaptability to change.
