We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensuring there are carts ready and available.

You will also assist members with loading their vehicles and supporting a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members when pickup time is delayed; inform members when products are unavailable; offer alternatives; ensure items are packaged properly; dispense items when members arrive; resolve member issues; promote company products and services.
• Maintain safety by conducting safety sweeps; following procedures for handling merchandise; reporting unsafe situations.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, assist with purchasing decisions, process purchases; assist with payments; use cash registers; locate and organize merchandise; zone designated areas; resolve member issues; promote company products; organize and maintain carts/flatbeds; assist members with transporting items; use cart retrieval equipment; maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change.

• Customer Service experience.
