As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:

• Deliver quality nursing care through meaningful interpersonal contact.
• Provide services that help patients achieve or maintain their highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state, maintaining an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout your employment.
• One (1) year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation, with the requirement to keep it current during employment.
