As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality nursing care and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) within a multidisciplinary environment.
Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an essential member of our team, you will:
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients through compassionate interpersonal contact.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to ensure their well-being.
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards while supporting patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial health.
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state, maintaining an active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
- One (1) year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or willingness to obtain during orientation, with the requirement to keep it current throughout employment.
