We are currently looking for a Frog Fitter - Fabricator to join our team in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

• Able to operate grinders, welders, and power tools
• Proficiently assemble assigned frogs in a timely manner
• Able to finish grind, weld, fit and assemble steel, iron, and manganese track work related products as specified
• Able to grind filler blocks, fit standard and mag-tip switch points and other miscellaneous track-work related products such as switch clip assemblies
• Read and follow the production schedule
• Safely operate jib and overhead cranes
• Routine clean up of the work area
• Able to work with little supervision
• Adhere to Nortrak's Safety, Quality and Environmental Procedures, Practices and Policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School graduate or GED preferred
• Experience in welding and grinding operations is an asset
• Experience in forklift and crane operations is an asset
• Ability to read work orders and blueprints preferred
• Experience with measuring equipment preferred
• Basic mathematical calculation experience (adding, subtracting whole numbers, fractions, decimals)

• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and pushing/pulling or lifting objects for the duration of the shift
• Use hands and arms to operate tools, handle materials, and reach for the duration of the shift
• Regularly lift and carry 30–35 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Vision: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment
• Hearing: necessary to perform tasks safely and effectively
