This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Service Manager, located in Cheyenne, WY. The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the service team, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow. Key responsibilities include managing work schedules, coordinating repair orders, ensuring compliance with company standards, and building strong relationships with Team and Guests. The Service Manager will also focus on achieving operational goals and maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications- Customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of automotive service processes and repair management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a focus on achieving results
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, or operational oversight is preferred
- Ability to adhere to company values of honesty, integrity, and excellent service
- A background in the automotive industry or a related field is highly beneficial
- Proficiency with relevant computer systems and software for tracking repair workflows and customer communications
