Proven experience in incident response, network diagnostics, and root cause analysis in large-scale or regulated environments.
Advanced automation skills using Python and Ansible for network operations and incident management.
In-depth familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and AWS networking and operational best practices.
Solid understanding of network security principles, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements including FedRAMP and HIPAA.
Strong documentation skills for incident records, technical diagrams, runbooks, and operational best practices.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with an ability to work directly with customers in high-stakes, public-facing, or regulated environments.
