Software Developer, Cloud Computing, SRE​/Site Reliability

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Developer (IC2) to design, build, and maintain scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and infrastructure supporting our healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will be strong in Ruby and infrastructure automation, with hands‑on experience across CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Linux systems.

• Lead design and development efforts for platform services and infrastructure components.
• Build and maintain platform services using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Ruby, and automation tooling.
• Containerize services using Docker and deploy to Kubernetes-based environments.
• Manage and provision infrastructure using Terraform.
• Integrate platform components with enterprise systems and services.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across application, infrastructure, and pipeline layers.
• Improve security, observability, performance, automation, and operational reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable code and maintain technical documentation.
• Provide support for platform deployments and releases.
• Build utilities and automation using shell/bash scripting.
