This is a part‑time equity / token‑based co‑founder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends
, Autheo
, and the WFO Creator Network
, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales, or funding. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries.

We’re building a world‑class QA team to ensure excellence in our blockchain Layer‑1/2 solutions, smart contracts, dApps, and decentralized infrastructure. As Blockchain QA Engineer, you will develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies tailored to blockchain technologies, covering smart contracts, dApps, network protocols, and both functional and non‑functional aspects in a cutting‑edge Web3 environment.

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for blockchain components, including smart contracts, dApps, and network protocols.
• Build and maintain testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for efficient, continuous validation.
• Drive regulatory compliance across blockchain testing activities.
• Ensure coverage of functional and non‑functional testing, including load and stress testing execution.
• Review scope and requirements documentation to identify test coverage and scenarios.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and scripts for both functional and non‑functional testing.
• Perform Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) mapping.
• Stay current with blockchain industry trends, technologies, and best practices to evolve QA methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with project teams and act as a QA champion to deliver high‑quality coverage and results.
• Analyze test results, logs, metrics, and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Initial blockchain test strategy and plan drafted for key components.
• Testing framework structure and CI/CD pipeline setup initiated.
• Test coverage identified and initial test cases/scripts created for priority areas.
• Collaboration processes established with project teams.
