Onsite (Onsite 1 day per week at the Cheyenne distribution center; 40 hours per week)

- Pay Rate: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
The Recruiter manages the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-Exempt and General Warehouse Associates within an assigned distribution center and/or geographic area. This role partners closely with business leaders to develop and execute staffing strategies that support high-volume hiring needs while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer for warehouse and non-exempt roles
- Build and execute staffing strategies aligned to geographic hiring needs
- Develop partnerships with local colleges, military organizations, and community-based groups
- Source, screen, assess, and extend offers to candidates
- Develop actionable hiring plans to meet headcount goals
- Manage applicants and pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proactively build talent pipelines for future workforce needs
- Coordinate and facilitate virtual hiring events and support in-person events
- Report weekly hiring progress and metrics to management
- Anticipate hiring challenges and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
- Ensure job postings and applicant search results remain current and accurate
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment
- Ability to work onsite at the distribution center as business needs require
- Strong technical aptitude using Excel, Power
BI, ATS platforms, and related tools - Demonstrated experience in strategic and targeted sourcing, including passive candidate outreach
- Strong business acumen, professional presence, and intellectual curiosity
- Effective talent assessment and influencing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to identify innovative recruiting methods
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
