Family Nurs Practioner

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate Family Medicine APP to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across all ages.

• Conduct physical exams, assess health, and diagnose/treat diverse conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses.
• Deliver preventive services such as immunizations, screenings, and health education.
• Use EMR systems like Epic for documentation and manage patient care effectively.
• Collaborate with specialists in areas like gastroenterology, infectious disease, and geriatrics.
• Participate in telehealth consultations to improve access.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and maintain accurate medical records.

Proficiency in EMR and coding, experience with pediatrics or behavioral health preferred, with outpatient, home care, or hospice experience a plus.

$120K-$140K/year, with 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, professional development, and relocation support.
