Therapist - Wyoming

Talkiatry is seeking experienced licensed Therapists, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs) to join our team of providers.

This range is provided by Talkiatry. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage, and treat patients employing a variety of interventions and modalities.
• Work independently while collaborating with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.
• Utilize our custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to support patient messaging, track progress, and gain insights into outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other conditions.
• Excellent clinical knowledge, communication, and organizational skills.>
  
  Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes.
• Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices.
• Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline.
• Commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost‑effective health care.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses.

• Therapists employed by Talkiatry must already have at least two active and independent licenses in the state(s) where they intend to work. Practice supervision is not provided.
• Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools.
• Active and unrestricted state license; willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure as requested, paid for by Talkiatry.
