Travel Physical Therapist

Overview

Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract assignment in Cheyenne, Wyoming
. This role supports patients in regaining strength, mobility, and independence within a collaborative rehab environment.

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to restore mobility and improve function
• Document care, progress, and outcomes per facility and professional standards
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies and exercises
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure quality care

• Active Physical Therapist License (Wyoming)
• Current BLS certification
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• SNF experience preferred
• Negative Covid test required within 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued within 48 hours prior to start date
• Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

  36–40 hours per week (guaranteed)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible extension)
