About the Role
Human Edge Health is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This position is based in skilled nursing facilities, providing rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric populations requiring restorative and functional care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes

• Deliver patient-centered therapy in a SNF environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Wyoming PT License

• BLS certification

• 1+ year of physical therapy experience
