• Custom‑developed technology solutions: an integrated EMR supports provider‑to‑patient messaging, telemedicine, direct lab integration, and proprietary tools to track patient outcomes.
• Spending time with patients: minimum of 60 minutes for intakes and 30 minutes for follow‑ups, with supportive therapy added to medication management.
• Strong in‑house referral network for specialist and therapist referrals, with seamless clinical information sharing via our EMR.

• Board Certified by the ANCC as a PMHNP.
• At least 4 years of post‑grad experience practicing as a PMHNP, preferably in a telehealth setting; prior RN experience in psychiatry/behavioral health is a plus.
• Active and unrestricted license and DEA number; assistance available for licensure where needed.
• Priority given to candidates with licensure in markets where we have active needs or the ability to obtain autonomous licensure.

• Experience administering initial mental health evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, medication management, and psychoeducation/supportive therapy.
• Proficiency in using an Electronic Medical Record system, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records for all patient encounters.
• Passion for high‑quality care and prioritizing best practices in the virtual telepsychiatry space.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• A willingness and passion to expand clinical skill set through continuous education and commitment to evidence‑based practice.
• A proactive approach, strong work ethic, and desire to participate in a collaborative environment.
• A commitment to high‑quality, cost‑effective behavioral health care.
• Only experienced, board‑certified PMHNPs are being considered at this time.
