GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Wyoming State Treasurer's Office is seeking two (2) Investment Interns. Interns will have the opportunity to develop knowledge of core investment asset classes including fixed income, equities and alternatives in a hybrid telework environment. This Office is responsible for the investment of over $33 billion in state assets! Cheyenne, Wyoming is a beautiful place to live and work and is within 30 minutes of spectacular mountains where you can hike, fish, canoe and camp.

- Research global economic indicators and forecasts.
- Generate quantitative analyses of investment opportunities.
- Prepare material for presentations.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
Preference will be given to applicants currently enrolled in college pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance or a closely related field who have completed a minimum of two years of post-secondary education with a GPA of at least 3.5. Computer skills and financial modeling experience are a plus.

PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS- This position takes place in a typical office environment.
- FLSA:
Non-Exempt - These two (2) positions are At-Will Employee Contract (AWEC) positions that will last from approximately May 2026 to August 2026.
- Successful applicants will be required to undergo a criminal background check requiring fingerprinting.
