We are seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Emergency Medicine physician for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in Wyoming, starting Feb 21, 2026.

This role offers 24-hour shifts at a trauma facility, with the most critical cases transferred out.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide emergency medical care in a trauma setting
Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and urgent conditions
Stabilize patients and coordinate transfers for serious cases requiring higher-level care
Work collaboratively with nursing and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Additional Information
Must be licensed to practice medicine in Wyoming
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
Background in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Critical Care Hospitalist with emergency room experience required
