Location: Cheyenne, WY

RME Holdings Operations LLC is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to manage large-scale apartment and multifamily construction projects. In this leadership position, you'll take ownership of scheduling, quality control, safety, and site coordination from foundation through final punch. This role requires a deep understanding of vertical construction and multifamily sequencing, including framing, MEP coordination, and finish work.

• Lead day-to-day site operations for multifamily construction projects.
• Coordinate sequencing of trades, materials, and inspections to maintain project schedules.
• Manage subcontractor performance and quality assurance across all trades.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites aligned with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Review and enforce project plans, scopes, and specifications.
• Proactively address issues that may impact timelines, budget, or quality.
• Collaborate with project managers, owners, and city inspectors throughout the build.
• Document daily progress and maintain logs, RFIs, punch lists, and change orders.
• Oversee site meetings and maintain strong field communication across stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience supervising multifamily construction projects (garden-style, podium, or wrap).
• Advanced knowledge of structural framing, MEP coordination, and finish systems in multifamily builds.
• Familiarity with building codes, inspections, and city approvals.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.
• Comfortable using tablets and construction management software for field reporting.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Cheyenne, WY area - site-based position with possible regional travel to additional project locations.
