• Lead the strategy and execution of a technical roadmap to enhance engineering capabilities

• 10+ years of professional Dev Ops experience
• 5+ years of experience leading CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code initiatives
• 8+ years of experience in architecture and design
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other modern programming language (e.g., Go, Java, C++, or C#)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience

• Significant experience with microservices architecture and API design (REST, Graph
  
  QL, SOAP)
• Track record of publications in credible conferences and journals
• Experience in open-source frameworks and large-scale, mission-critical environments
• Knowledge of security protocols and products, including Active Directory and OAuth
• Familiarity with application monitoring tools and performance assessments
