A local parks department is looking for a Principal Parks/Facilities Maintenance Worker in Chevy Chase, MD. The successful candidate will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the appeal of parks and assist in the management of over 200 locations. Candidates should possess a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and have experience operating large equipment. This role requires physical endurance and the ability to work independently.

Preference will be given to those with trade skills like carpentry and painting.
