• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects
• Provide services to support the installation, startup, maintenance, and operation of automation control systems
• Offer customer support through installation, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems
• Manage customer projects including needs identification, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
• Lead project engineering teams and support personnel for effective project execution

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

• 2+ years of related experience in a customer-facing engineering role
• Experience in Pulp and Paper Processes Manufacturing
• Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming using RSLogix and related software
• Familiarity with Power Flex products, Servo/Motion control, and Low/Medium Voltage Drives
• Knowledge of networking technologies and devices such as Ethernet communication and Stratix Switches
