Nuvia Offers

Pay: $20‑$39 per hour

  • $20‑$24 per hour base
  • Up to $2,000 monthly bonuses (average $12 per hour)
  • Up to $2,000 quarterly bonuses (average $4 per hour)

The Care Coordinator is patient‑focused and dedicated to ensuring patients have a seamless experience while in the office. Responsibilities involve greeting patients, managing appointments, handling administrative tasks, and actively gathering patient feedback through reviews.

  • Patient interactions: greet patients, schedule and reschedule appointments.
  • Handling billing and payments: process payments, answer billing questions.

  • Team collaboration: participate in daily huddles and work with doctors, assistants, and sales consultants.
