We are looking for bright and driven future college graduates to join our accelerated Analyst Development Program (ADP ) - Finance & Operations Rotational Track within the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Organization.

As part of our ADP, you will join a two-year cohort with an embedded support structure, learning and development journey, and community to accelerate your career and prepare you for success. The goal of this program is to develop future analysts and business leaders who will help us continue the path of innovation, profitability, and success.

In the Finance & Operations Rotational Track, you can expect:

• Broad exposure across GEICO’s CFO Organization, gaining a foundational analyst business acumen and skillset, which may include analysis of results, strategies, business plans, budgets, reporting, processes, actuarial reserves and expenses; budgeting/forecasting; predictive modeling; system design, configuration and testing; business strategy and execution; and project management; allowing you to be successful within multiple future analyst career paths
• Three separate analyst rotational roles over the two-year program, through both finance-specific and operational roles, to give participants exposure to multiple disciplines within the CFO Organization, including Company wide Financial Planning & Analysis, Business-specific Financial Planning & Analysis (incl. Marketing, Real Estate, Technology, People Group, Product, Legal, Auto, Specialty Lines), Compliance/Risk/Controls/Audit, Treasury, Financial Systems, Supplier Management Operations, Strategy & Financial Analysis, and Real Estate & Facilities Management Operations

All participants in the Analyst Development Program will experience and gain:

• Deep understanding of GEICO Finance and O perations, learning the systems we use and support, as well as data and integration points
• Direct impact on GEICO’s financial and strategic performance, with opportunities to drive financial processing innovation and transformation
• Influencing skills as you partner with business stakeholders to analyze results and recommend future investment decisions

Candidate

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, or other relevant analytical or Fin Tech major, obtained by May 2026
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (please upload ALL transcripts as part of the application process)
• Demonstrated interest in Finance field through relevant internship experience, engaging in relevant student or business organizations, pursuing relevant certifications or advanced coursework, or other form of engagement within the field
• Previous internship experience in financial systems, project management, system testing, budgeting/forecasting, FP&A, accounting, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and/ or similar tooling
