• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Monitor and document sterilization cycles
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, CDC, and infection control standards
• Prepare treatment rooms with sterile instruments and supplies
• Manage sterilization inventory and report equipment issues
• Dispose of hazardous materials according to safety guidelines
• Support clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

• Previous dental or medical office experience preferred
• Familiarity with dental instruments and terminology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
