Dixon is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will be sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. As a Recruiter
, you will demonstrate an understanding of the company s strategic objectives and align the recruitment processes accordingly. You will conduct interviews, manage candidate assessments, and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish. A successful Recruiter will not only be skilled in identifying qualified candidates but also in promoting our employer brand to create a compelling candidate experience. Responsibilities
  • Initiate recruiting efforts and execute the recruiting strategies for assigned openings, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit within the company
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and outcomes
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and recommend and implement process enhancements as well as alternate recruiting strategies when necessary
  • Work with the team in developing marketing strategy and employer branding efforts
  • Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or related field; equivalent experience will also be considered
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar HR role in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of different recruitment techniques and platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases, preferably UKG
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong sense of professionalism and work ethic
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Customer service oriented with ability to support all levels of management and collaborate to solve problems
  • Possess a high sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and additional software programs
