Responsibilities- Provides services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws, consistent with the plan of care and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.
- Evaluates the patient’s level of function using diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests and assists the physician in developing the therapy plan of care.
- Treats patients to communicate effectively, expressing thoughts in an appropriate manner based on the patient’s condition.
- Observes, records, and reports to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient’s response to treatment and changes in the patient’s condition.
- Instructs the patient, family and/or caregiver and other healthcare team members in speech‑therapy areas in which they can participate.

Required Qualifications- Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
Pay is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The salary for this role ranges from $71,200 to $127,200 annually for full‑time employment. Benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase plan, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility). We comply with all applicable minimum wage laws.
