15-20 hours per week
· Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring that all interactions are handled efficiently and courteously. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally using our switchboard system
- Greet and assist visitors and staff at the front desk
- Maintain visitor log and issue visitor badges as needed
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and Google Suite
