Pay: $80k–$95k/yr, commensurate with experience + sign‑on bonus

Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm

Location: 601 Gateway Blvd., Chesterton, IN 46304

We are seeking a Physical Therapist with an interest in spine care and the McKenzie Method to join our team. You will work closely with other rehab providers and orthopedic doctors to provide the highest level of therapy care for patients.

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care reflecting each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities to improve function and reduce pain.
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Indiana.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
