Field Service HVAC Engineer

Job Summary

Express Recruiting are proud to be working with a respected forward‑thinking nationwide contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced HVAC Engineer with proven installation and maintenance expertise. This organisation works across sectors providing commercial electrical installations, EV charging solutions, solar systems and now specialist air conditioning and ventilation services.

Salary: c £40,000 per annum D.O.E + overtime + allowances. Benefits include a company van, fuel card, generous allowance package for overnight stays, Christmas shutdown, pension scheme, funded qualifications and 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.

• Install, service and repair commercial HVAC and ventilation systems
  * Conduct regular inspections to verify operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Identify system issues and carry out timely and accurate repairs
• Keep comprehensive documentation including safety assessments and work reports
• Offer technical guidance to users while ensuring high‑quality service
• Follow all relevant health and safety standards while on‑site

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial air conditioning installation and maintenance
• Proven HVAC installation and commissioning experience is essential
• Time served or certified experience with Mitsubishi Electrical HVAC systems is desirable
• Flexible with travel and overnight stays when required (typically 1 to 2 nights occasionally)
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
