A trusted service provider in social housing is seeking an experienced Electrician to join their team and carry out EICR testing and remedial works across Housing Association properties. This role ensures tenant safety and compliance with regulations. The position offers a salary of £38,000-£42,000 per annum, plus commission opportunities to exceed £55,000 annually. Responsibilities include diagnostic repairs, routine maintenance, and customer service, addressing tenant concerns promptly.
This is a Temp-Perm position after 12 weeks.
