Our client is looking for an experienced Painter for long term role in Chesterfield. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential.

The Job and duties of Painter operative

• renovating rooms
• bringing properties up to the required level for sign off
• Painting and decorating

Requirements for a painter

• You will need a Full UK driving license
• Proven experience in the maintenance sector
• Be able to provide at least two working references
• hold a CSCS card and NVQ
