Vertu Nissan Chesterfield is excited to welcome a Senior Sales Executive to our growing team. As part of Vertu Motors, a financially stable and expanding automotive retailer, you’ll be joining a business that invests in its people and builds for the long term.

We are offering a £25,000 Basic Salary with a £45,000 OTE, a company car plus a range of company benefits!

As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll support customers throughout their vehicle‑buying journey — from initial conversations and test drives through to finance options and vehicle handover. You’ll take time to understand individual needs, explain products clearly, and ensure every customer feels informed, comfortable, and valued.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding customers through vehicle selection, finance, insurance, and accessory options
• Building positive, respectful relationships at a pace that suits each customer
• Delivering a high standard of customer experience from first contact to delivery
• Generating new opportunities through prospecting and follow‑up, using methods that play to your strengths
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals

We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a Sales Executive within the motor industry who enjoys working with people and takes pride in doing the right thing.
